Before Mia was born, Shane and I were unsure of whether to have to her sleep in our room or in her crib to start with. My friend, Jaycie, and her family lent us this beautiful bassinet to put in our room, just in case! Well, after our little lady had to spend her first 24 hours in a special nursery and could not be held, we could not bear the thought of her sleeping too far away from us. So, for her first 7 weeks she slept at the end of our bed:) But....she was getting too long for the bassinet, so we decided to move her to her crib:) The first night was really rough...for mommy more than Mia:) It only took a night or two, but now she loves her crib:):)

She looks like a miniature Sleeping Beauty, complete with pretty hair bow. :-)
ReplyDeleteI feel ya sister, Milli moved to her room at 18 weeks and Jack current sill sleeps in my room ;) She looks awfully cozy in her "big" bed!
