Mia's new decorations!

When we were pregnant with Mia, we decided not to find out if she was a boy or girl.  This means her room is painted a gender neutral green...BUT now we have a little girl, so we wanted to add a few pink items to her room.  We had a friend, Karen, paint her these cute little letters!  We love them-Thanks, Karen!

Brittany turns 30:)

One of my dear college friends, Brittany Anne, turned 30 last week, and she came to celebrate in Grafton.  A bunch of us headed down to celebrate-and Mia got to hang out with Uncle Larry and Aunt Dawn:)  We had just a little too much fun!

5K in Forest Park!

Saturday found all of the Hannah's heading to Forest Park to participate in a 5K for ALS.  It was so nice out and we had such a great time.  Mia even got to hang out with Grandma Hannah while mommy and daddy ran:)

5 Months old:)

Friday, June 24 was the 5 month mark for our little Mia:)  Here are some facts about our little lady....you might also notice mommy made an error in our monthly photo shoot:)  Oops-I can promise you-I do NOT want her to grow any faster...I am just going to claim crazy mommy brain.  Anyway, she will have two months that say 6 months:)

*Weighs between 12 and 13 pounds

*Wearing 3 to 6 month clothing

*sleeps great through the night

*doesn't love naps because she might miss something!

*Is starting to get a little hair...note I did say a little:)

*can roll from tummy to back like a champ

*eats rice cereal twice a day and still eating lots at mom's:)

*has developed quite the personality

*loves to read and be outside

*makes lots and lots of noise

*is such a happy, smiley little baby!

A trip to the zoo with the Rodgers!

Wednesday was beautiful out and Jaycie and I decided to take advantage with a trip to the St. Louis Zoo!  We had such a great time-and even took some time to pet the stingrays-which was a lot of fun!

Happy First Father's Day, Shane!

Father's Day found us heading to Hidden Lake Winery, one of our favorite places, for Sunday Brunch!  We enjoyed lots of yummy food and a gorgeous day outside.  Daddy and Mia received matching Dallas Mavericks Champs shirts-pics to come of that later!  All in all, it was a great day of family and fun:)

A 4 year old...and a new baby:)

One of my dearest friends, Stephanie Wilson, (or Steph Drew, as we like to call her) and her husband, Jimmy, were blessed with a new little girl on June 1st, Sydney Elaine Wilson.  Their other little lady, Ellie, also turned 4 in June and we went to Gillespie to meet Sydney and celebrate Tangled style!

The weather FINALLY has been pretty nice around the STL area...and since Shane built a gorgeous new deck in our backyard, we have been spending a lot of time outside:)  Uncle Shaun and Calli came over to visit...



Congratulations, Kelsey!

This past weekend, my cousin, Kelsey graduated from high school, so we headed to the great state of Iowa to celebrate.  We had a great time hanging out with family and friends-and Mia loved playing with everyone:)
