Here she is...Mia Marie Hannah:)

Mia Marie Hannah arrived on January 24, 2011 at 7:39 pm

She weighed 7 lbs 3 oz and was 18 1/4 inches.

Mia decided to make her entrance into the world a little interesting...

She had meconium-which both swallowed and aspirated! 

This meant that Mia spent her first 24 hours in a level 2 nursery-

complete with an oxygen tent and IV in umbilical cord. 
She then made a great recovery and got to come home with us:)

We started this blog, as some of our friends have them and we love to look at the pics and, and we are getting ready to add a member to our family who people might like to hear stories of our first experience of parenthood and see pics of so...here you go:)

 Shane and I have been patiently waiting for over 40 weeks and at 7 pm tonight, we will head to the hospital to meet our baby:)  We are so excited...and nervous...and excited...and nervous!  We will keep everyone posted...and let you know pink or blue!
